"I am pleased to comment on the performance of CDI, Inc. at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. CDI has completed three major construction projects on campus of buildings costing $10, $3, and $13 million. The projects were completed within budget and in a timely manner. CDI has also performed multiple smaller jobs as required throughout the campus. I have found the on-site and management staff of CDI to be cooperative and willing to suggest changes that not only improves the construction process, but also the finished product.  Change order and scope changes were handled fairly whether estimated or by time and material.  Being a private school, Rose-Hulman preselects all contractors for work at the school. I am pleased that CDI is among the selected few. Their professional approach to the projects leads me to give them this recommendation."
