Through the competitive bid process CDI performed as the General Contractor and completed a complete interior and exterior renovation of the 6 story structure. Project duration was 13 months and completed in July of 2011. CDI performed on-site management of all trades, selective demolition, site concrete, building concrete, miscellaneous metals, carpentry, insulation, doors, light gauge framing, and specialties.
