Originally owned and operated by Kerasotes Theaters, this project consisted of stadium seating, multiple concession areas, game room, and high-level finishes. We have continued to parter with Kerasotes Theaters and completed three additional theater locations within Indiana and Illinois.

This 5-story multi-purpose facility was competitively bid. It includes 33 apartments and 16 retail lease spaces. The building launched the revitalization of downtown Terre Haute and in reminiscent of older buildings. The details are traditional but rendered with modern material.

CDI Inc., was selected by Menard’s through a negotiation process to perform as a General Contractor to construct several new facilities throughout the Midwest. These properties are designed by Menards. Projects are completed in 6 months.
